Henri Studios is a natural-light, multi-use studio located in South Fremantle. Designed as a versatile, open space suitable for creators, brands and small events, it’s the perfect environment to bring your ideas to life.
Studio hire is $70 per hour + GST with a 2-hour minimum, and includes access to our available equipment, kitchen and bathroom facilities. While the space is user-friendly, we recommend having someone with basic lighting or photography experience to help you make the most of the natural light and equipment.

How much is studio hire?

When is the best natural light?
The studio gets beautiful natural light for most of the day, however as it faces North, the most stunning light is from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Please note that lighting conditions can vary depending on the weather and the type of camera and equipment you are using.

Can I book for an event?
Yes, our studio works well as an event space for, accomodating up to 40 people. Whether it’s a pop-up, workshop, product launch or exhibition, Henri Studios is a great space for events.
Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings must be made directly by contacting Henri Studios.
- Full payment is required prior to studio use.
- Payments are processed via Xero and all major payment methods are accepted.
- No bond or security deposit is required.
- Studio hire is charged at $70 per hour + GST, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- No-shows without notice are charged in full and not eligible for a refund.
3. Studio Usage Rules
- Maximum capacity is 40 people.
- Outside equipment is permitted.
- Pets are allowed in the studio.
- There are no strict shoot restrictions, but all guests must treat the studio, equipment and premises with respect.
- The kitchen and bathroom are available for use during bookings.
4. Damage, Liability & Insurance
- The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, furniture or property during their session.
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged on a case-by-case basis.
- All clients and guests use the space at their own risk. Henri Studios is not liable for injury, loss or damage to personal property.
5. Cleanliness & Conduct
- The studio must be left in the same condition it was provided.
- No cleaning fee applies, however excessive mess or disrespect for the space may result in future booking restrictions.
- Food and drinks are allowed inside the studio. Please use the kitchen area where possible.
- Professional and respectful behaviour is expected from all guests at all times.
6. Equipment Usage
- Studio hire includes access to the available equipment at the time of booking.
- All equipment should be used by individuals with appropriate experience.
- A team member will generally be on-site, but assistance with equipment setup or operation is limited.
- Any damage to equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.
7. Overtime
- Overtime is charged in increments rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Bookings may extend beyond the scheduled time if the studio is available.
8. Music & Noise
- Music is permitted and a studio speaker is available for use.
- There are no neighbour restrictions regarding reasonable sound levels.
- Please keep volume at a respectful level for the building and surrounding area.
9. Parking & Access
- Two to three onsite parking bays are available, with additional street parking nearby.
- There are no after-hours or weekend restrictions.
- You'll be met on arrival to provide access to the studio.
10. Content, Behaviour & Alcohol
- All types of content creation are permitted, provided the space is treated responsibly.
- Guests must behave respectfully towards the space and equipment.
- Alcohol is permitted for personal use but must be consumed responsibly.
11. Photography & Social Media
- Henri Studios may share or repost behind-the-scenes content from public posts featuring the space.
- Credit to Henri Studios is appreciated but not required.
12. Safety, Children & Security
- There are no security cameras inside the studio.
- Children are allowed but must be supervised at all times.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring safe use of the space and equipment.
